About Jessica

Welcome to Jessica Maier Real Estate, a boutique real estate service that offers a personalized experience. Jessica provides a holistic approach to the buying and selling process of real estate; you will not be treated as just another transaction. 


While she primarily focuses on rural properties, hobby farms, and horse farms, her extensive knowledge also encompasses various residential and commercial properties in New Tecumseth, Adjala, Caledon, King, and surrounding areas.


Since moving to the area in 1998, Jessica has passionately followed trends in New Tecumseth real estate. Having lived both rurally and in the town of Tottenham, she has gained a wealth of practical knowledge about the community. Notably, she is also an excellent communicator, known for her honesty, integrity, and reliability.


Jessica is family-oriented, raising two beautiful daughters with her partner, along with two dogs and one cat.

One of her most notable achievements is the creation of The Tree Seedling Planting Program. Each year, she allocates personal funds to purchase and distribute native tree seedlings within the community, contributing to the beauty of rural properties. Over the last 5 years, Jessica has successfully distributed over 2,500 native tree seedlings to residents in New Tecumseth. 


The Tree Seedling Planting Program that Jessica founded serves as the inspiration behind Jessica Maier Real Estate’s slogan, “Helping you put down roots,” reflecting her commitment to enhancing the local New Tecumseth real estate landscape.
